This project highlights the power of Unreal Engine. I pushed myself to apply principles of cinematography, lighting, composition, and camera work in this short animation. I really enjoyed working on it, as Unreal Engine makes it easy to get lost in the creative process, removing much of the technical friction found in other 3D programs.
In this project, I used various composition techniques to create the illusion of a cohesive world. From the camera's perspective, the environment appears seamless, but outside the camera view, it isn't. This approach helps make the scene easier to render while maintaining the illusion of a connected space.
The entire project was refined through adjustments to color balance, hue, and saturation, along with the application of a LUT.
